The speaker lineup for the 2024 GPA Midstream Convention is now set.
Sharing your experience and expertise at the GPA Midstream Convention provides quality exposure for you and your company while creating an unprecedented learning opportunity for attendees. Applications for the 2025 convention will begin in the spring. A committee comprised of midstream professionals makes speaker selections. Speakers chosen receive notification, including date and time of speaking engagement by mid-June.
You agree to obtain any permissions or clearance required for the content of your presentation at the conference by your employer.
You grant GPA Midstream the rights to include your paper/presentation content in the conference proceedings in electronic format and grant GPA Midstream permission to add your name, topic and short biography to the conference website and on marketing materials.
You agree to ensure that your presentation has an educational focus and is a sales-free zone. We offer sponsorship opportunities for individuals interested in promoting a company and/or service.
You agree to speak to conference attendees in person in San Antonio on Sept. 23, 24 or 25.
You agree to meet the following deadlines:
Confirmation of acceptance to participate within 7 business days of the confirmation email going out
Registration for the convention no later than July 17
Submission of final slides no later than September 6
Failure to participate in these events and to submit presentations according to the dates outlined in your confirmation may result in being removed from the program/agenda.

All authors who send an abstract to GPA Midstream by May 1 will be considered as a potential presenter at the 2024 GPA Midstream Convention. The person that intends to speak/present at the GPA Midstream Convention should be the individual to submit the paper and add co-presenters, which will provide you with access to edit your submission through the May 1 Call for Papers deadline.
