Hospitalities Registration
Elevate your presence at the GPA Midstream Convention by hosting a public hospitality event on Tuesday night! Held in conference-level rooms, these public hospitalities offer a range of sizes, from intimate conference rooms to grand ballrooms, perfectly tailored to your needs.
Interested in securing public space? Fill out our online request form, provide an estimate of the square footage required and the number of attendees you expect at any given time. If you plan to feature a live band, let us know so we can strategically place bands without adjacent noise conflicts.
Please note that applying for hospitality space does not guarantee allocation, nor can companies expect the same amount of space as in previous years. We advise you to hold off on paying deposits for entertainment, displays, and other services until your space is confirmed.

The suite spaces are in the sleeping section of the Marriott Rivercenter. For companies interested in reserving a suite, the online request form will ask for your suite choices in order of preference (top three).
Applying for hospitality space does not guarantee that a company will receive space, nor should companies expect to receive the same type of suite as awarded in a previous year. Companies applying for suites are strongly encouraged to refrain from making deposits on entertainment, displays, etc., until they know exactly what suite has been allotted. GPA Midstream is committed to making our best attempt to accommodate each company's request. Please note that once suites are assigned, the hotel will contact you directly for a credit card, which is required to hold your suite.
Suites Layout
Payment for hospitality space is due when you receive your space assignment.
All company representatives attending or working a hospitality, regardless of the extent or duration of their participation in other convention activities, must be registered for the GPA Midstream Convention to participate.
Applying for hospitality space does not guarantee that a company will receive space, nor should companies expect to receive the same amount of space or the same type of suite as awarded in a previous year. Companies applying for space are strongly encouraged to refrain from making deposits on bands, displays, etc., until they know exactly how much space has been allotted.
Hospitalities are not considered to be GPA Midstream Convention sponsorships, so logo recognition given to sponsors does not apply to companies hosting hospitalities. Companies are limited to one logo and one company name (no taglines, marketing-related verbiage or related business units may be included in the name listing) in the GPA Midstream app and one company name in the hospitality brochure.
Hospitalities cannot conflict with scheduled convention functions and may not start before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, 6:30 p.m. on Monday or 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Signs advertising hospitalities may be placed outside the room door, but not in lobbies or hallways. Signs not adhering to placement restrictions will be removed.
The hospitality cost paid to GPA Midstream is for space only. Companies must work directly with the hotel for needs other than the provided space (electrical, setup, cleanup, waste baskets, finger foods, desserts, etc.) at additional cost.
Companies failing to adhere to the posted policies are subject to forfeiture of their exhibit space without a refund.
Hospitality hosts are responsible for providing app information to GPA Midstream by the deadline communicated. No information will be accepted after the deadline.
GPA Midstream has the right to cancel any company’s hospitality at its sole discretion.
GPA Midstream staff attempts to address all concerns regarding the assignment of hospitality space in an objective manner.
